Process parameter adaptation: Specify filter treatment, tightening torque for threaded connections, syrup bag orientation, etc., ensuring stable operation without leaks or air tightness issues.

IV. Usage and Execution Requirements

4.1 Installer Requirements

Must be familiar with all contents of this guide, understand the pneumatic pump drive principle of Share Cool FS4-3F, air/water circuit connection norms, and key parameter acceptance standards.

Before installation, verify model compatibility with guide scope, confirm all parts and tools are complete to avoid incorrect or missing installation.

4.2 Installation Execution Standards

Strictly follow the guide steps; do not omit mandatory preliminary steps such as parts inventory, air tightness verification, and 30L water filling. Any missing step will affect equipment warranty and operational stability.

Keep records during installation: parts inventory status, pressure-hold test data, pressure adjustment values, etc., for after-sales traceability and maintenance.

4.3 Exception Handling Adaptation

If parts are missing, check the packing list according to the guide and contact the supplier for replacement. Do not substitute non-original parts without authorization.

If air tightness fails or water leakage occurs, first check gasket orientation, pre-tightening process, etc., as highlighted in the guide, then re-verify after correction.

V. Equipment Unboxing and Parts Inventory (Mandatory Pre-installation Step)

Unboxing: Pry open the wooden crate of the Share Cool FS4-3F. After opening, confirm all components are completely inside: low-pressure gauge, high-pressure gauge, filter, pneumatic pumps, drip tray and all accessories inside the tray.

Parts check: Take out the packing list from the drip tray and check each item for completeness, no missing or transport damage. Original factory standard list for Share Cool FS4-3F:

Core components: filter (with two side connectors and built-in cartridge), high-pressure gauge (with primary/spare gasket each, pressure adjustment nut), low-pressure gauge, 3 pneumatic pumps, drip tray.

Tools: wrenches (gas cylinder wrench + filter wrench), eye gaskets (10–15 pcs), hanging plate screws, small screwdriver.

Documents: product certificate, Share Cool FS4-3F complete machine user manual.

Quick-connect components: syrup quick-connect valve, drip tray hanger.

After inventory, sign the packing list to confirm no missing or damaged parts.

VI. Air Circuit Installation and Sealing Operation (Core Step for Share Cool FS4-3F)

6.1 High-Pressure Gauge Installation

Tear off the gas cylinder seal, take out the high-pressure gauge accessories and the original gas cylinder wrench.

Insert gasket into the threaded port at the bottom of the high-pressure gauge; hand-tighten to the limit.

Use the gas cylinder wrench for final tightening, ensuring the gauge body is vertically downward without any tilt, avoiding loosening or seal failure due to misalignment.

6.2 Low-Pressure Gauge Installation

Take 1 eye gasket, ensure the large opening faces outward, and place it at the tee connection.

Use a 14mm wrench or adjustable wrench; hand-tighten the tee connection first, then tighten firmly.

Connect the air hose at the tail end using the same method. Note that both ends of a single air hose need eye gaskets, align vertically before tightening.

Connect the other end of the high-pressure gauge following the same process, steady the gauge body to avoid misalignment.

6.3 Air Tightness Pressure-Hold Verification (Mandatory Test, Warranty Red Line)

After completing pressure adjustment of the whole Share Cool FS4-3F machine, close the gas cylinder needle valve.

Pressure hold duration must be 15 minutes. Observe whether the pointers of both low-pressure and high-pressure gauges drop.

If pointers drop, check two core issues: (1) gasket not tightened or installed with wrong orientation; (2) thread stripping. After correction, repeat the pressure-hold test until no drop occurs on both gauges — then air tightness is qualified.

VII. Water Circuit and Filtration System Assembly

7.1 Filter Installation

Use the 4-to-3 adapter and 1m water hose to connect to the 4-point ball valve. Confirm the built-in gasket at the connector is in place to avoid leakage.

Regardless of factory condition, you MUST tear off the filter film from the filter body during installation.

Rinse the filter cartridge with clean water, then install it upside down back into the filter housing.

Hand-tighten the filter cover first, then use the dedicated filter wrench to moderately tighten. Do not over-tighten to avoid thread stripping.

7.2 Water Inlet Connection

Connect one end of the 1m water hose to the angle valve, and the other end to the inlet marked with an “arrow →” on the filter. Strictly follow the water flow direction; reverse installation is prohibited.

Connect the other end of the water hose to the water inlet on the back of the Share Cool FS4-3F machine.

If leakage occurs after water is turned on, directly determine that the connector is not tightened enough. Turn off the water source, re-tighten the connector, replace the sealing gasket, and test again until no leakage.

7.3 Initial Water Filling (Prerequisite Before Power-On)

Pour 30L of clean water through the water filling port of the Share Cool FS4-3F.

Fill to the scale line on the cylindrical stainless steel water tank (parallel to the top of the tank) and stop.

This equipment does not require an external drain; it has a built-in drain port. Wastewater flows directly into the drip tray, no extra container needed.

VIII. Syrup Lines and Pneumatic Pump Set Connection

The Share Cool FS4-3F comes standard with 3 syrup tubes. No fixed connection order; they can correspond to any of the 3 pneumatic pumps according to store flavor planning.

Insert each syrup tube forcefully into the pneumatic pump connector until a “click” sound is heard, confirming the connector latch is fully engaged.

After connection, reset and lock the latch to prevent accidental disconnection during operation.

Syrup bag connection:

Wipe the tail end of the syrup tube with a clean cloth to ensure no dirt or impurities.

Vertically insert the syrup tube tail into the syrup quick-connect base until it bottoms out.

Take the syrup bag, place the “A” side downward, tear open the cover film along the dotted line.

Remove the quick-connect cap, align and screw it onto the quick connector and lock.

Repeat for the other two syrup bags. Ensure all connections are tight with no leakage.

After all syrup lines are connected, label each with the corresponding flavor to avoid wrong connections causing off-taste.

IX. Pressure Adjustment and Syrup Priming (Core Functional Verification)

9.1 Pressure Gauge Adjustment Standard

Locate the low-pressure gauge adjustment rod on the Share Cool FS4-3F, turn clockwise three full turns.

Adjust the low-pressure output to stabilize within 40–60 psi. Factory recommended target is 40 psi.

Simultaneously confirm that the high-pressure gauge is stable within 70–100 psi. If outside range, readjust the gas cylinder output pressure.

9.2 Syrup Priming Operation

Core requirement: Only after pressure is set, 30L water filled, and 15-minute air pressure-hold test passed, can the syrup priming process be started.

Operate the dispensing valve repeatedly until the pneumatic pump stops exhausting — this indicates the syrup line is fully primed.

Perform the above priming process for all three pneumatic pumps to ensure each syrup line is full with no air residue.

Test each valve for beverage output. Confirm each valve dispenses smoothly, with correct syrup-to-carbonated water ratio, no blockage, no leakage.

X. Share Cool FS4-3F Factory Core Installation Parameter Reference

Item Factory Standard Remarks
Initial water volume 30 L Fill to water level parallel to top of stainless steel tank
Low-pressure gauge working range 40–60 psi Factory recommended setpoint: 40 psi
High-pressure gauge working range 70–100 psi Do not exceed upper limit

Syrup bag installation “A” side facing down Use with syrup quick-connect valve and drip tray hanger
Threaded connection process Two-step: hand-tighten then wrench-tighten Required for all high/low pressure gauge and filter connections
XI. Installation Red Lines and Key Precautions

All threaded connections (high/low pressure gauges, filter) MUST follow the two-step “hand-tighten then wrench-tighten” process. Eye gaskets MUST be installed with the large opening facing outward. High-pressure gauge MUST remain vertically downward — these are key quality control points.

Before syrup priming, 30L water filling AND 15-minute air pressure-hold test MUST both be completed and passed. Violation will void the equipment warranty.

Do not over-tighten any threaded connection to avoid stripping. Do not install filter cartridge without removing the film — this would affect water supply and cause contamination.

Keep parts clean during installation. Wipe syrup tubes and quick-connect interfaces clean to avoid impurities entering the system. Wastewater drains into the built-in drip tray; clean the tray regularly to avoid overflow.

Unauthorized modification of the machine’s lines, air circuit, or pump structure is strictly prohibited. Do not use non-original parts to replace seals, filter cartridges, valves, pneumatic pumps, etc. Violation will void warranty.

Do not mix bottled water mode and tap water mode. Switch according to site conditions to avoid malfunction.

XII. Installation Completion and Official After-Sales Support

After completing all installation steps, re-check all connections (air, water, syrup) for tightness, no looseness, no leakage.

Re-confirm low-pressure gauge at 40 psi, high-pressure gauge within 70–100 psi, air tightness test passed, and no air residue in syrup lines.

Organize all hoses to avoid kinking or crushing. Ensure the machine is level and the drip tray is properly installed. The machine is ready for first use.
