Chapter 4 Standardized Installation Procedure
4.1 Pre-installation Preparation
Installation environment confirmation: Place equipment on a flat, hard surface. Install a 220V grounded three-prong outlet and a 4-point water inlet ball valve nearby. Distance between water source and equipment ≤2m. Reserve sufficient space for upright cylinder and flat syrup bag placement.
Hose pre-treatment: Straighten syrup tubes, water inlet hose, and air hose to avoid kinking or crushing. Pre-route syrup tubes into the base reserved holes to avoid misalignment during installation.
4.2 Water Circuit System Installation (Step 1)
This equipment supports dual modes: tap water connection and bottled water connection. Choose the corresponding procedure according to site conditions. Mixing the two modes is strictly prohibited.
Mode 1: Tap Water Connection Mode Installation
Filter pre-treatment: Connect water source using a 4-to-3 adapter (with built-in sealing gasket) firmly to the water source ball valve. First remove the plastic protective film from the filter cartridge surface, rinse off cotton lint with clean water, then install into filter housing. Press rubber gasket into place. Ensure the filter cap and cartridge hole are fully aligned. Hand-tighten, then use the dedicated filter wrench to tighten in reverse direction until completely sealed.
Hose connection: The filter housing is marked “Inlet” and “Outlet”. Strictly follow water flow direction: connect one end of the hose to the water inlet ball valve (tighten to prevent detachment), the other end to the filter inlet. Connect the filter outlet hose to the machine’s rear water inlet port. Before turning on water, reconfirm all connectors are firmly inserted and gaskets in place.
Water flow test: Slowly open the water inlet ball valve. Check that all connections have no seepage or leakage – that is pass. If leakage occurs, turn off water source, reconnect the joint, replace sealing gaskets, and test again.
Mode 2: Bottled Water Connection Mode Installation
Use a food-grade purified water bottle with capacity ≥20L. The bottle opening must be flat and undamaged.
Cut the water inlet hose end at an angle, insert vertically into the bottom of the bottle to prevent the hose from adhering to the bottle wall and causing suction failure. Ensure the hose is not kinked or floating. Protect the bottle opening from dust.
4.3 Air Circuit System Installation and Pressure Adjustment (Step 2)
Cylinder and gauge installation: Before installing the cylinder, confirm the cylinder port sealing gasket is intact. Align the gauge with the cylinder port, hand-tighten, then use the original cylinder wrench to tighten in reverse direction with extra force. After installing the air hose in place, use a 14mm wrench to clamp and secure. Adjust the gauge orientation for easy viewing, avoiding hose kinking.
Pressure adjustment: Use the supplied adjustment rod. Slowly rotate clockwise to adjust pressure to the normal range of 70–80 psi, with the gauge pointer in the middle of the green zone. Pressure must not exceed 100 psi. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut to fix the pressure value.
Air tightness pressure-hold test: After pressure adjustment, close the cylinder valve. Hold pressure for 10–15 minutes. Do not operate the equipment during this time. Observe that both pressure gauge pointers do not drop – that is pass. If pressure drops, retighten all air circuit connections, replace gaskets, and test again until pass.
4.4 Syrup System Connection (Step 3)
The equipment comes standard with syrup tubes corresponding to valve head angle valves. No fixed installation order – connect according to flavor planning.
Hose connection: Pinch the white connector on the tube end, screw the black quick-connect thread onto the syrup bag connector until a small amount of syrup naturally seeps out – this indicates the seal is complete. Ensure no looseness or leakage.
Syrup bag installation: Place the syrup bag flat with the triangular mark facing down. The outer box can be used as a support base for stacking.
After all connections are made, label each line with its flavor to avoid cross-contamination.
4.5 Water Tank Filling and Power-On Start (Step 4)
Water tank filling operation
Tap water mode: First turn off water source. Press the filling port ring to retract the inner teeth, pull out the hose and fill water to the overflow port position (overflow water flows directly into the drip tray). After filling, immediately turn off water source and reconnect the hose.
Bottled water mode: Use a measuring cup to assist in adding water through the filling port. Fill to the overflow port position – that indicates full.
【Core Red Line】 Power must NOT be connected until the water tank is filled. Absolutely no dry running.
Power-on start
After confirming water tank is filled and water/air circuit seal tests passed, insert the power cord into a reliably grounded three-prong outlet. Turn on the main switch. Observe that the equipment runs without abnormal noise, the panel displays normally, and the refrigeration system starts normally.
Chapter 5 Daily Operation Specifications
5.1 Power On/Off Procedure
Startup: Check water source/cylinder normal → open water source ball valve → open cylinder valve → press main power switch → wait for refrigeration system to reach set temperature → ready to dispense.
Shutdown: Press main power switch → close cylinder valve → close water source ball valve → for long-term shutdown, drain water and syrup from tank and lines, clean interior.
5.2 Beverage Dispensing Operation
Before dispensing, press the valve head for 1–2 seconds to exhaust air, confirming no air residue in lines and normal syrup/water mix.
When dispensing, hold cup tightly against valve head outlet, press valve head to the bottom; release to stop flow.
Do not press the valve head empty for extended periods to avoid rapid gas loss and air entering syrup lines.
5.3 Flavor and Pressure Adjustment
Sweetness adjustment: Use the syrup valve fine adjustment knob – clockwise reduces syrup output, counterclockwise increases. Taste test after adjustment.
Carbonation adjustment: Adjust pressure via gauge adjustment rod. Higher pressure gives stronger carbonation. Do not exceed 100 psi. For daily use, recommend fixed rated value of 70–80 psi.
Chapter 6 Daily Maintenance and Cleaning
6.1 Daily Maintenance Cleaning
After closing, turn off power and cylinder valve. Wipe equipment exterior, valve heads, drip tray with warm water. Empty drip tray daily to prevent bacteria.
Check all hose connections for water, syrup, or air leaks. Check cylinder pressure is within normal range and syrup bag remaining quantity sufficient.
Rinse valve head outlet with clean warm water to avoid dried syrup residue clogging the valve.
6.2 Weekly Maintenance
Remove drip tray and valve head flow guides; wash with food-grade neutral detergent, rinse with clean water, dry, and reinstall. Do not use strong acid/alkali cleaners.
Check filter cartridge condition. If clogged, yellowed, or smelly, replace immediately. Normal replacement cycle: 1–2 months.
Inspect all air, water, and syrup hoses for aging, cracking, kinking. Tighten any loose connections.
6.3 Monthly / Quarterly Deep Maintenance
Perform circulation disinfection cleaning of water and syrup circuits using food-grade equipment cleaner. After circulation, rinse repeatedly with clean water to avoid residue.
Clean the rear ventilation ports, remove dust and debris to ensure good heat dissipation, extending refrigeration system life.
Conduct air tightness re-check on cylinder regulator and gauges to ensure no slow leakage. Check electronic pump operation for abnormal noise or leakage.
6.4 Long-term Shutdown Maintenance
If equipment is out of service for more than 7 days, drain all water and syrup from tank and lines, thoroughly clean and disinfect interior.
Disconnect power and water source, close cylinder valve and remove cylinder. Store in a dry, ventilated environment away from direct sunlight.
Before reusing, repeat seal test, water filling, and disinfection flushing according to the installation manual. Only use after confirming normal operation.
