Yuanyin Cola Machine – Syrup Bag Replacement Procedure
I. Preparation
Confirm that the model of the syrup bag to be replaced is exactly the same as required by the Yuanyin cola machine. Carefully inspect the appearance of the new syrup bag to ensure there is no damage, leakage, expiration, or other abnormalities, so as to guarantee equipment operation safety and beverage quality.
The new syrup bag features an exclusive triangular mouth design. Before opening the package, clearly identify the “A” side marking on the bag body. Ensure that the “A” side faces downward during the unsealing operation. The outer carton does not need to be fully dismantled; simply remove a single syrup bag from the carton. Avoid dismantling the outer carton to prevent contamination or compression damage to the bag body.
Clean any residual syrup and debris from the Yuanyin cola machine syrup interface in advance. Ensure the interface is clean, free of stains and foreign matter, to guarantee sealing integrity during subsequent connection and to avoid issues such as syrup leakage or abnormal syrup pickup.
II. Unsealing and Placement
Remove the new syrup bag. Strictly place it with the “A” side facing downward. Align precisely with the triangular mouth position for unsealing. Perform the unsealing action gently and slowly to avoid damaging the mouth interface and to prevent syrup leakage that could cause waste and contamination.
After unsealing, arrange the syrup bags neatly and in an orderly manner according to the labeling specifications (e.g., separate areas by model and production batch, ensure labels face an easily viewable direction). Avoid disorganized placement that could lead to picking the wrong bag, ensuring efficient and orderly subsequent replacement operations.
III. Replacement and Connection
Based on the specific requirements of the Yuanyin cola machine, select the corresponding model product from the neatly arranged syrup bags. No additional processing is needed; directly align it with the equipment’s syrup interface for connection.
During connection, precisely align the interface positions and tighten the bag body clockwise. Ensure it is tightened securely (gently shake the bag body to confirm there is no looseness). Key note: Inadequate tightening will cause poor sealing at the interface, directly leading to syrup pickup failure and affecting normal equipment operation. This step must be carefully controlled.
IV. Inspection and Confirmation
After connection, re-check the fixation of the syrup bag to confirm no looseness or leakage. The triangular mouth interface should fit tightly against the Yuanyin cola machine’s equipment interface without gaps.
Start the Yuanyin cola machine for a trial run. Closely observe the syrup pickup status. Confirm that there is no syrup pickup failure, leakage, or other abnormalities. The syrup bag replacement operation is then complete.
V. Precautions
Do not dismantle the outer carton to remove the syrup bag, as this may contaminate or compress and damage the bag body, affecting beverage safety and equipment operation.
The “A” side must face downward during unsealing; otherwise, normal syrup flow will be obstructed, causing abnormal syrup pickup and affecting equipment performance.
Tightening is a critical step. Inadequate tightening will directly lead to syrup pickup failure. After operation, repeatedly confirm the tightened status.
Used empty syrup bags must be sorted and stored according to regulations. Do not discard them arbitrarily. Keep the operating area tidy and adhere to standardized operating requirements.
