Yuanyin Cola Machine – Simplified Operation Procedure for Syrup Line Cleaning and Reset

Yuanyin Cola Machine – Simplified Operation Procedure for Syrup Line Cleaning and Reset
This procedure is intended for use with the Yuanyin Cola Machine – Standardized Troubleshooting Process for No Syrup Output. It is applicable to the entire Yuanyin series of commercial cola machines and syrup-type post-mix sparkling water machines. It provides a standardized, easy-to-implement simplified operation guide for frontline store operators and after-sales maintenance personnel to address abnormal output issues caused by air locks or solidified syrup blockages in the line.

Core Operating Principles
Safety First, Thorough Cleaning, Closed-Loop Reset, Rapid Verification

I. Pre-operation Requirements
Safety Red Line: Before any disassembly operation, the syrup control switch MUST be turned off, and the equipment power supply and air source MUST be disconnected.

Material Preparation: Warm water at 30–40°C (officially recommended) / room-temperature clean water, clean container for liquid collection, food-grade lint-free wiping cloth.

Applicability Determination: If a clear empty section or air bubbles are visible in the middle section of the long syrup line, it can be determined that the line is blocked, and this procedure must be executed.

II. Three-Step Simplified Cleaning Operation
Step 1: Drain Residual Syrup
Remove the syrup bag and keep it upright. Slowly roll it up from the bottom of the bag body to completely expel any remaining syrup from the bag and the line, reducing sugar residue and preventing secondary blockages.

Step 2: Disconnect and Soak the Quick-Connect Fitting
Moderately apply force to remove the black quick-connect fitting at the end of the syrup line (tightness during removal is normal; do not pry with excessive force). Protect the sealing O-ring inside the fitting throughout the process. Completely immerse the connecting end of the quick-connect fitting in warm water at 30–40°C.

Step 3: Circulate and Flush the Line
Restore the equipment power supply and air source. Turn on the syrup switch. Repeatedly trigger the valve head pumping action to perform continuous circulating flushing. Continue until clear, non-viscous water flows out from the end of the line, confirming that the line is completely clear.

III. Two-Step Reset and Stability Verification
Step 1: Properly Reset Components
After cleaning is complete, turn off the syrup switch and disconnect the equipment power supply and air source again. Wipe the quick-connect fitting dry, confirm the sealing O-ring is intact, then properly reinstall it in its original position, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection. Place the syrup bag horizontally back into the cabinet, straightening the line to avoid kinks or pinches.

Step 2: Verify System Functionality
Restore the equipment power supply and air source. Continuously trigger the pumping action until syrup flows out steadily. Complete at least 2 full syrup dispensing cycles to confirm there is no residual air in the line, the system is clear, and syrup dispensing is continuous and stable, thereby completing the full closed-loop operation.

Key Operational Tips
Using warm water at 30–40°C for cleaning is highly recommended, as it significantly improves the efficiency of dissolving syrup residue and achieves better cleaning results.

Do not use hot water above 60°C, strong acids, or strong alkalis, as these may cause line aging and seal failure.

If normal syrup output still cannot be achieved after cleaning and resetting, do not disassemble core components such as the pump body or valve heads without authorization. Contact Yuanyin official after-sales service for inspection and repair.
