Scope of Application
This process is applicable to the entire Yuanyin series of commercial cola machines and syrup-type post-mix sparkling water machines. It provides a standardized and implementable troubleshooting guide for frontline store operators and after-sales maintenance personnel to address common abnormal issues such as no syrup output, interrupted syrup flow, or insufficient syrup volume.

Core Troubleshooting Principle
Strictly follow the principle of “easy first, difficult later; prioritize non-disassembly”. Perform checks sequentially according to the process to avoid ineffective operations and excessive disassembly, enabling rapid identification and resolution of the root cause.

Standardized Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: First Check the Switch Status (Primary Check Item · Zero-Cost Non-Disassembly Operation)
Standard Operation: Locate the push-in syrup control switch on the equipment. Confirm that the switch is fully pressed in (pressed in is the standard open state) . Trigger the valve head pumping action twice consecutively, extending the single pumping duration to twice the normal syrup dispensing time to fully establish positive pumping pressure. This eliminates issues related to a loose switch connection or insufficient positive pressure causing no syrup output.

Fault Determination: If, after the switch is effectively opened, the equipment triggers the pumping action normally and syrup flows out steadily, the fault is resolved. If normal syrup output is still not achieved, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Verify Syrup Bag Installation Compliance
Standard Operation: Open the equipment cabinet door. Check the installation status of the syrup bag. Ensure the triangular mouth of the bag is facing vertically downward, and the bag body is lying flat and level. Verify that the syrup delivery line is straight throughout its length, with no kinks, pinches, knots, or obstructions.

Fault Determination: After correcting any installation irregularities, trigger the pumping action. If syrup flows normally, the fault is resolved. If normal syrup output is still not achieved, proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Identify and Determine Line Blockage Status
Standard Operation: Inspect the entire length of the long syrup delivery line. Pay special attention to the middle section of the line for clear empty sections, large air bubbles, and check the line wall for solidified syrup residue.

Fault Determination: If any of the above conditions are found within the line, it can be determined that the line has an air lock or is blocked by solidified syrup. Safety and Operational Tips

In daily operations, perform regular equipment maintenance. Store syrup bags properly to avoid issues such as syrup solidification or line blockage caused by high temperature and direct sunlight.

Non-professionals must not disassemble core components such as the pump body or valve heads without authorization, as this may cause equipment damage and void the warranty rights.
