Yuanyin Cola Machine – No Air Pressure Fault Troubleshooting and Resolution Steps
I. Prioritize Checking the Basic Status of the Gas Cylinder
Check the remaining gas in the cylinder and the valve status:
If the cylinder has no gas, replace it with a new cylinder and perform a leak test.
If the cylinder has gas but the valve is not open, slowly turn the valve counterclockwise for more than 3 full turns, and simultaneously observe whether the pressure gauge displays pressure normally. The normal value is between 70–100 psi.
Note: The cylinder valve is normally opened counterclockwise and closed clockwise. Open it gently to avoid sudden impact.
II. Check the Pressure Adjustment Status
Observe the high-pressure gauge pointer status:
If the pointer pressure is too low, turn the adjustment rod clockwise slightly to stabilize the pressure in the middle of the green zone (≤100 psi).
If the pressure is too high, turn it counterclockwise appropriately to prevent abnormal pressure from damaging the air circuit.
III. Check Air Circuit Sealing and Connections
Use the soapy water bubble method to conduct a full leak check on the following key areas (bubbles indicate a leak):
Cylinder valve seal
High-pressure gauge and air hose connection
Clamp and air hose connection
Water level probe connector
Two small ports of the pressure relief valve
Air hose connection on the right side of the top cover
IV. Targeted Handling of Leaks and Loose Connections
Address the issues according to the leak detection results:
Missing, aged, or misaligned sealing gasket: Add/replace with a new gasket, position it correctly, and retighten the connection.
Loose connection: Use an appropriate wrench or pliers to tighten evenly, avoiding excessive force that could strip the threads.
Insufficient clamp tightening force: Use pliers to apply vertical pressure and tighten the clamp securely, ensuring the air hose is sealed and will not come off.
V. Verify the Repair Effectiveness
After addressing the leaks:
Open the cylinder valve and observe whether the pressure gauge reading stabilizes within the specified range.
Press the equipment dispensing valve to confirm normal gas output and a proper gas-to-water ratio.
If there is still no air pressure, repeat the above steps, focusing on checking the high-pressure gauge interface gasket and the cylinder valve seal. Replace the gasket if necessary and try again.
VI. Handling Abnormal Situations
If, after thorough troubleshooting, the following are confirmed:
The cylinder has gas.
There is no air leak in the circuit.
Pressure adjustment is normal.
But the equipment still cannot build up air pressure normally, it can be determined as an air circuit blockage or valve body sticking. In this case, stop all operations immediately and contact Yuanyin after-sales technical personnel for professional inspection and repair. Do not disassemble the machine or attempt forceful adjustments without authorization, to avoid expanding the fault or creating safety risks.
